The short version
We collect only what you give us, we use it only to serve you, we never sell it, and most of it lives in storage we directly control. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
What we collect, and why
Path Finder answers and contact details (name, email, optional phone, your goals): collected when you complete the Path Finder or request a session, so we can recommend the right service and contact you as you requested.
Booking details (chosen time, meeting preferences, session focus): collected when you book, so the session actually happens.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Where your information lives
In your own browser. This site stores your quiz progress and form entries in your browser's local storage so you don't retype things. That data stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
In our records. When you submit the Path Finder or book a session, your submission is transmitted to a spreadsheet in our own Google Workspace account, where it is used to respond to you. It is not published anywhere.
Service providers we rely on

Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — reach us through the Book a Session page and we will honor the request promptly. We keep submissions only as long as they are useful for serving you. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

What we do
BridgIT provides consulting sessions and builds custom digital deliverables — trainings, procedures, onboarding paths, and related systems delivered as self-contained files ("Deliverables"). Scope, pricing, and timelines for each build are agreed before work begins.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Clarity Session fee is credited in full toward any build you commission. Because Deliverables are custom work, fees for completed and delivered work are non-refundable; if a Deliverable doesn't match the agreed scope, tell us and we will correct it. Sessions may be rescheduled through the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the start time.
Your content, our system
You own the knowledge and materials you provide, and you own your Deliverables — use them, distribute them to your learners and clients, and brand them as agreed. The underlying BridgIT delivery engine and its technology remain ours: you may not extract, resell, or repackage the engine itself as a competing product. BridgIT™ and BridgITDB™ are trademarks of Ronald D. Woodson and may not be used without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or any Deliverable for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation or probe its administrative functions. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are violated.
The practical legal part
The site and Deliverables are provided "as is." We build carefully and stand behind our work, but we do not guarantee particular business outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
